Dear Reader,

I was asked many times this year about the impact of my work. And I can tell you: if you operate within the framework of creativity and its broader importance, impact is hard to measure. It is not as simple as giving you a list of KPIs I hit. First, this is not how I operate, and such a list does not exist, regardless of my strong theoretical and practical knowledge in the field. Second, I have observed that the greatest impact I have ever had is the impact I would not have thought of at all if I were thinking about impact in the classical way: impact beyond any expectations, impact that you cannot put into a spreadsheet and share with your non-existent stakeholders.

I know the impact still exists, even when I am not aware of it. When I am fortunate enough to see it, it reveals itself in stories, private conversations, short messages, and a quiet field of gratitude around me. Each of these is sacred, shared between the tears of daily struggles and the commitment and love that bring people together. It touches me deeply to know it exists.

Many of these stories connect to the Future of Humanity experiences in Davos and Basel. The outcome is the Future of Humanity Report, which I invite you to read and reflect on.
